Creativity master classes

In November 2012 and September 2013, once again in association with the Deming Transformation Forum, Dennis ran his highly popular and successful creativity master classes, with particular emphasis on this occasion being all about creativity in relation to making collaborations and cross-boundary activities work better, both within any one organisation (getting out of the silos, building higher performing teams...) and also beyond the organisation (listening better to customers, 'co-invention' of new products and processes...). Two more great events!
