In particular, we have much experience in using models:


to support the development of powerful strategies, and to analyse problems such as new product launches, using the techniques of systems thinking and systems dynamics to explore the behaviour of markets both 'top-down', by using models to predict how measures such as market share are driven directly by management actions such as investments in advertising and promotions, and 'bottom-up', by using agent based simulations to examine how the behaviours of individual participants in a market aggregate together to determine the behaviour of the market as a whole.
